At Naaz Overseas, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure quality products and secure packaging, but if any issue occurs, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Wrong product delivered
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind after purchase
Used or damaged products (after delivery)
Products without original packaging
Bulk or customized orders (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Share order details and photos/videos of the issue
Our team will verify the request
Return instructions will be provided
Do not send products without approval.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement product (subject to availability).
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
